Like it's predecessor, The Surge 2 manages to be a complete technological trainwreck with abysmal performance across the board, frequent crashes and similar OP faceroll strategies that makes you sigh.
Kudos to the devs for managing to make a game where you control a super soldier inside a 500 kg powered armor suit seem fragile and incredibly boring to play. Pretty but boring & repetitive maps.

Most of the game is locked behind 77€+ in DLC's. It's been broken since release and it has only gotten worse every single time they try to patch it. Espionage sucks. AI = moronic. Combat has no depth.
Dead at around 280~ players. Got severely broken and buggy with an overhaul to try and push it on console which it never recovered from, with absolutely terrible performance. Most of game in 50€ DLC.

Infected to the brink with cheaters that will BTFO your savefiles due to no anti-cheat while the entire game itself is an unfortunate, mediocre grindy mess with a heap of bugs still around. Avoid.
