A ♥♥♥♥♥♥, dysfunctional battle royale game that's riddled with spyware (when i don't play battle royale games, AT ALL) and a literal scam turd of a game, renamed 10 times to try and confuse people, published by none other than the scam artist: Sergey Titov. Rightfully having a sub 50% user review rating.

Imagine how much time, money, effort and technology Valve are wasting on puking out garbage like this instead of reintroducing submission standards for titles and/or hiring some actual people to delete all the scam trash..

And for anyone wondering, the leading formula they seem to be using for this "machine learning" is mostly game (and genre) tags which are generic as ♥♥♥♥ and leads to the most hilarious, unrelated ♥♥♥♥ recommendations. Here's what I've played:

Clearly, I've been a dumbass all this time thinking these chance-based roulette what-are-you-gonna-get game mechanics were actually gambling.

UPDATE: Apparently it's the first ban wave for "third party cheats" with a whopping 2000-3000+ people hit - even though a ♥♥♥♥ bunch of streamers have also been affected? Entire situation smells like ass.

There's currently an ongoing, HUGE amount of players getting manual game bans by the developer.

As of right now, i got no idea what's going on but my theories are either a compromised game developer account and/or the developers are mass perma-banning people for profanity in chat.

Regardless, if you own the game and don't want a permanent game ban on your profile, you may want to consider manually deleting the game off your Steam via Steam Support.

This sorta slipped under the radar when i initially wrote the review thanks to ID & Bethesda going out of their way to not post a timely EULA before release (I wonder why..)

It's been updated now but thought i'd make an announcement as well.

For those of you that remember, Valve (and their associated platform, Steam) was put under investigation by the European Union in 2013 for conducting illegal geo-blocking practices in their store-front. I don't blame anyone who don't remember this specific instance as they have been getting bombarded the last century due to their continued extremely greedy, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ behavior.

Today came the verdict, however.. And they're guilty as sin:

Their response after they initially denied it?.. Well..

Valve's pathethic, child-themed tandrum response to getting caught with their pants down has to be the funniest ♥♥♥♥ I've seen so far in 2019.

It started out straight enough. A warning on a store page indicating that the developer &/ publisher had recently ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up big-time and had gotten user reviews to represent this. Now? They're just gonna go ahead and remove &/ hide those... Because that's what the developers have complained about being treated "unfairly". :)

It sure feels strange having to jump through a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of hoops and profile preferential ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in order to now (and in the future) see the actual user review score for a game. Let's hope Valve will stop smoking whatever toilet crack they're doing right now and cease this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ censorship before it gets out of hand.

TL;DR: The ♥♥♥♥-for-brains ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at CAPCOM had an unprotected .exe file in one of their quality assurance testing branches (that doesn't have restricted access) and it can be used with the main game no problem.

The real kicker, however? The Denuvo free version gets a flat 20+ FPS boost.
