Valve just got owned in Court.. Again.

Following the years of Steam becoming increasingly greedy after the kickstart of Mann-Conomy (back in 2010), they got so much attention for being scummy that the Australian government (Australian Competition Consumer Commission), after thousands upon thousands of complaints, decided to investigate them back in 2014.
The result back then? Valve argued they weren't selling any goods. Only "services". Once Valve's lawyers were done huffing paint, the court dismissed this fairyland claim and ordered them to pay their deserved penalty of 3 million $.
Valve being the entitled, kicking and screaming children that they are decided to escalate their claim to the Full Federal Court of Australia and they got hit by the revolving door so fast, they may not as well have bothered entering the building.
The introduction of Steam's 2 hour refund policy was made by their hand being forced, legally speaking. It was not an act of kindness for their customers & fans.
Valve has never been and never will be the good guy.

Ever wonder why there's no guns in Subnautica?

With all those ginormous monsters and bazillion other hostile things trying to kill you at every turn? Well.. The answer is quite simple. It's because the developer is a gun control advocate:

MANY people immediately tried to educate him at basic logic such as criminals getting their guns illegaly as is the case in the 50+ or so countries facing daily shootings where guns are completely banned:

Their response? Start mass censorship protocols by panic-deleting any threads touching on the subject and perma-banning people who point this out.
Here's the URL to it shown in all the pictures:

It's always a depressing sight to have someone's personal political views be injected into video games, especially when those views are affected by feelings rather than facts.
MORE PROOF OF MASS CENSORSHIP:

EDIT:
They are now firing any employees that do not have the same political views as them, ruining their livelihoods in the process:
